The pneumatic drive with compressed air generates a very high and consistent feed force, which is permanently available without the need to consider charging cycles or change batteries, for example. The fabric-reinforced air hose is highly flexible.

Thanks to the large support surface, tipping during grinding is prevented. This allows the operator to grind holding points straight and with precise positioning. The depth of the holding point is set precisely using the depth adjustment.

The patented hold-down system for rubber components and ejector materials prevents grinding into the rubber or its profile. The advantage: Fewer and smaller holding points are needed, and the performance of the die-cut rubber remains intact. The notch grinder is available in versions for corrugated and solid board. The attachments are designed for the standard widths of diamond grinding wheels for corrugated and solid board.

Diamond grinding wheels are ideal for placing breakers. Compared to stone grinding wheels, they are extremely robust and therefore less prone to breakage. They are also more durable and sustainable. The appropriate diamond grinding wheel in the requested size is included with the delivery of the notch grinder.

Manual holding point tools are ideal in combination with the notch grinder. The chisels can be used to enlarge the holding points if required after grinding. Two manual holding point tools are also included in the package free of charge.
