CIONI Fedra Line

Refurbished high-quality flatbed die-cutting machine from Italy equipped with Spiess feeder, featuring a steel feeder plate with lateral adjustment, left and right pull guides (Spiess), double sheet detection, moving upper platen (WUPA system or Kama) with central pressure adjustment similar to KAMA, yet using the conventional intermittent gripper bar system with closing upper grippers. In other words, the sheet moves almost in a straight path through the machine; therefore, this machine is especially suited for lighter paper and board types and serves as an excellent intermediary between a Heidelberg SBD and a mid-format 40" die cutter, such as from Bobst. No blanking unit, sheets are delivered directly to the pallet output after die-cutting. The delivery section includes forks for placing small format pallets.

Guaranteed pressing force is 200 tons.
Stroke of the moving upper platen is 48 mm.
Hardened cutting and chase plates.
This machine has seen limited use and is in excellent condition; nevertheless, we have carried out modifications to further enhance ergonomics and operational reliability.
Testing is possible at our facility and the machine can be delivered with installation and warranty.
