Machine description

The basic structure is based on a gantry moving along longitudinal guides. The longitudinal movement (X axis) is performed by the gantry via a rack and pinion and dual guides, one mounted on each side of the bed. The gantry consists of a fixed-height guide rail and a support connecting two spindles.
