Thanks to its compact design, the machine occupies relatively little space and does not require foundations, which makes it easy to move to any chosen location. The balancing process is managed by the latest measuring system 'ROTORTEST 9.5', equipped with dedicated software featuring workshop programs that convert unbalance values into correction methods, including drilling and milling parameters. A vertical axis balancing machine is recommended for balancing rotors mounted via a bore, such as fan rotors, pulleys, flywheels, tools, pumps, and many others. The main advantages of this type of balancing machine are its versatility, the option to use dedicated self-centering fixtures for high measurement accuracy, and a simple, fast calibration method, the so-called 'manufacturer’s calibration', which does not require running calibration cycles before starting measurements. The entire procedure involves only entering the basic rotor parameters into the program.
