The CIDAN RAPIDO guillotine is a fast and reliable sheet metal cutting machine. Depending on the required working length, the following guillotine shear models are available: 1300 mm / 2600 mm / 3200 mm / 4100 mm. Cutting thickness: 3.5 - 1.5 mm. The guillotine is capable of up to 35 cuts per minute. The drive system with eccentrics, drop-down support rods for cut sheet metal, and the hold-down system—positioned only 2.5 cm from the blades—enable quick, easy, and precise cutting of narrow strips. RAPIDO guillotine shears feature angular guides on both sides of the table to ensure material feeds into the machine at a right angle and LED illumination of the cutting zone for clear visibility of the cutting line.

Back Gauge and CUTLINK Control System
CUTLINK is a fast, reliable, and user-friendly control system, allowing up to 10 different operations to be programmed simultaneously. The back gauge automatically adjusts to the set parameters. By default, the guillotine is supplied with a 750 mm deep back gauge, but a 1000 mm back gauge is also available as an option.

Sheet Support and Return
For optimal control, the rear sheet support is pneumatically operated. This allows adjustment of sheet feed speed depending on the material type. After cutting, the support drops the material onto a return cart (front return). A rear return function is also available as an optional feature.
