Previous fixes:
- The water separator tank of the central air distribution was cracked and a small amount of air escaped. It has been replaced.
- Replacement of plastic sliders for bed way covers.
- By Controlsystem kft.: 30th geometric test and adjustment of the C-axis bearing wedge, and adjustment per machine feet. The new geometric data speak for themselves.
The wear on the tool change arm, as documented, is the responsibility of the new owner. The price reflects the devaluation. Images of the current wear are included with the photos.
To date, the machine still changes tools perfectly and quickly using the lever (“ageing, worn, to be replaced”).
In June 2020, replaced the limit switch cables for the X and Y axes in the energy chain from the control cabinet to the switch, without splicing.
Loading of the equipment onto a truck at our premises can be handled under the buyer’s responsibility. Delivery from the current location is the seller’s responsibility and obligation. I am happy to provide forwarding contacts for assistance. No exchange of machines, equipment, offsets, etc. — not feasible due to space limitations at our facility.
