Drum-type Shot Blasting Machine;

Consists of a Cabin, Turbine System, Recycling System, Filtration System, Control Panel, Platform, Hydraulic Loading-Unloading Unit, and Vibrating Sieve.

Three rubber belts wound on drums rotate the barrel-shaped virtual chamber; during this process, the turbine propels steel shot onto the parts, achieving the blasting effect.

The blasting cabin is manufactured from ST-37 steel plate; areas directly targeted by the turbines in the hot spot are lined with wear-resistant manganese steel, while other sections are reinforced with Hardox plate. (Full manganese steel lining is optional.)

The wear-resistant plates are mounted with bolts to facilitate future replacement due to wear; they can be easily replaced by your authorized personnel. The bolted design of wear plates allows for convenient replacement by your company’s authorized staff when replacement is required due to abrasion.

The dimensions of the TK-6 PREMIUM machine are as follows: Drum Diameter Ø: 1000 mm, Length between Discs L: 1200 mm, with a loading capacity of 800 kg. Turbine specifications: 2 x F300 type Ø 320 mm with 7.5 kW motor. Equipped with a Rubber Belt Conveyor.
