A sandblasting cabinet is a closed system designed for cleaning, roughening, or preparing the surfaces of small and medium-sized components prior to painting, coating, or further processing. Unlike large sandblasting chambers, the cabinet is compact and self-contained, allowing the operator to work in a controlled, dust-free, and safe environment.

⚙️ Main Features of the Sandblasting Cabinet
Closed Working Area:
The cabinet is fully sealed. The operator handles the process through rubber sleeves (gloves) and monitors the interior via a transparent protective window.

Nozzle System (Sandblasting):
Compressed air mixes with the abrasive media (e.g. sand, corundum, steel shot, glass beads) and impacts the surface of the workpiece at high speed.

Internal Lighting:
The cabinet interior is equipped with powerful LED lighting, ensuring excellent visibility during operation.

Dust Extraction / Filtration System:
Removes dust generated during sandblasting, cleans the air, and protects the operator's health.

Abrasive Recovery System:
Used abrasive falls into a hopper, is sieved, and is reused, making the process economical and environmentally friendly.

Ergonomic Design:
Features convenient working height, a large observation window, and foot pedal operation to facilitate work.
