In 2011, the machine underwent a complete overhaul and the gear motor, heating, gas pressure springs, and heating elements were renewed.
The housing of the cleaning unit and the corresponding piping are made from stainless steel.
Very simple operation allows for an efficient workflow.
Cleaning is carried out via a special nozzle system with wide-spray nozzles in a powered rotary basket.
A U-shaped spray system ensures easy handling with high efficiency.
The spray equipment is powered by a high-performance circulation pump,
which ensures intensive treatment and is fitted with a hard metal mechanical seal.
A heatable tank in the lower section of the unit is filled with cleaning solution (98% water and 2% detergent).
If the bath level falls below the minimum, a permanent water connection ensures automatic refilling.
This provides protection for the heating elements and pump, as well as precise and clean dosing of the required water quantity.
Internal return baskets filter coarse dirt from the cleaning solution.
A vapor extraction system removes steam before the lid is opened.
