Basic Equipment:

VT 651 Exhaust Air Blower: Operating speed variable between 2,400 rpm and 3,500 rpm to suit the respective application. Driven by auxiliary engine via reduction gearbox and fluid coupling. Reduction gearbox ratio: 1.79:1

Disc Brush: Quick-release brush system with infinitely variable speed up to 200 rpm (controlled from the cab).

Suction Nozzle: Cast aluminium suction nozzle with a 250mm inlet and tool-free adjustment.

Sweeping Roller: Quick-release brush system with nominal rotation speed of 160 rpm.

Dust Suppression System: Spray nozzles for dust suppression at the suction nozzle(s), disc brushes, and across the vehicle front. Pressadrain water squeeze-out system.

Electrical System: 24 Volt. All external wiring harness connectors rated to vehicle standard IP67.

Controls: Centre cab-mounted main control panel with Johnston Video Monitor (JVM) provides information on a wide range of sweeping functions and allows for download of recorded data. Up to four optional cameras can also be monitored on the JVM screen. A separate palm-rest controller includes controls for the main sweeping functions and is door-side mounted.

Body and Hood: Body comprises hopper and integrated water tank, manufactured from high-performance stainless steel plate. Hood is lined with frequency-matched sound-damping material. The water tank features baffle plates and is filled via a type "A" hydrant filling device. A double, dry-run protected diaphragm pump runs continuously. Watertight rear door with double-lock system and drainage function. Two side access doors on the body. Insertable body floor as a transfer port for use as a street washer. Rear discharge channel, two rear rotating beacons with wire guard protection. Automatic, multi-positional body support mechanism and side-mounted storage cabinets are standard features.
