Standard Equipment – Sweeper

Controls: Main operating panel mounted in the center of the cab with JVM display for information on a wide range of sweeper functions, plus data download capability. JVM screen can display images from up to four cameras. Separate operating console with palm rest is mounted on the door side for controlling main sweeping functions.

Suction Blower: Variable suction speed from 1800 rpm to 3500 rpm for adaptation to various applications.

V65t: Higher gear ratio: 1.79:1

Disk Brush (Gutter Brush): Quick-change brush system with variable sweeping speed up to 160 rpm (controllable from the cab). Highly visible signal yellow brush plate and hose guide.

Suction Nozzle: Suction nozzle made from cast aluminum with 250 mm inlet diameter and tool-free adjustment.

Dust Suppression System: Spray heads for dust control located at suction nozzle(s), disk brushes, and along the front of the vehicle. "Pressadrain" water filtration system. EUnited 4-star PM10 certification.

Electrics 24 V: All external wiring harness connections comply with IP67 protection rating.

External Noise/Power Level: LWA 108 dB(A) for standard engines, measured according to EU Directive 2000/14/EC. LWA 112 dB(A) for high-performance engines, measured according to the same directive.

Debris Container: Assembly consists of debris container and integrated water tank, made from highly durable stainless (Inox) steel. Watertight rear door locking system with safety lock and drainage function. Two side maintenance doors and side storage compartments. Water filter allows use of debris hopper as large water tank for road washing. Rear discharge flap, automatic multi-stage debris container support, two protected rear beacons, and LED work lights included as standard.

Water Tank: Designed with anti-slosh protection, can be filled via Type ‘A’ hydrant connection. Double diaphragm pump suitable for continuous operation and even dry running. Water volume 1545 l (optionally 2000 l)
