Basic equipment

Controls
Main control panel mounted in the center of the cabin with JVM for displaying information regarding a wide range of sweeper functions, plus downloading capability for recorded data. The JVM screen can also display images from up to four cameras. A separate control console with palm rest for primary sweeping functions is mounted on the door side.

Suction fan
Variable suction speed from 1,800 rpm to 3,500 rpm for adaptation to various applications.
V65t: Higher transmission ratio: 1.79:1

Disc brush (gutter brush)
Quick-change brush system with variable sweeping speed up to 160 rpm (controllable from the cabin). Brush disc and hose guide in highly visible signal yellow.

Suction mouth
Aluminum cast suction mouth with 250 mm inlet diameter and tool-free adjustment.

Dust suppression system
Spray nozzles for dust binding are located at the suction nozzle(s), disc brushes, and along the vehicle front. "Pressadrain" water recycling system. EUnited 4-star certification per PM10.

Electrics 24 V
All external cable harness connections comply with IP67 protection class regulations.

External noise / Sound power level
LWA 108 dB(A) for standard power engines, measured per EC Directive 2000/14/EC. LWA 112 dB(A) for high performance engines, measured per EC Directive 2000/14/EC.

Sweeper container
Superstructure consists of waste container and integrated water tank. Made from high-strength stainless steel. Watertight rear door locking system with safety lock and drainage function. Two side maintenance doors and lateral storage compartments. A water screen permits use of the waste container as a large water tank for street washing. Rear discharge flap, automatic multi-stage hopper support, two protected rear rotating beacons, and LED work lights are standard.

Water tank
Equipped with anti-slosh protection, the water tank can be filled via a hydrant with 'A' type coupling. The double diaphragm pump is suitable for continuous operation and even dry running. Water volume: 1,545 l (optionally 2,000 l)

Smooth-surfaced exhaust hood lined with frequency-specific sound insulation.
