This process plant is designed for the production of creams, ointments, gels, pastes, lotions, suppository masses, etc., with a usable volume of 100 liters. The total volume with the vessel closed is 123 liters, and the minimum fill volume is 35 liters.

The system consists of a fully enclosed stainless steel vessel, heatable or coolable via electricity or water, with a double jacket and a vessel lid incorporating integrated mixing units and drives. The mixing vessel is mounted on three castors for mobility and can be moved out for filling or cleaning.

The cover is mounted on a lifting column for hydraulic raising and lowering to facilitate cleaning and emptying. It is equipped with an observation window and two filling nozzles with valves. These nozzles can also be used to add other product components. Additionally, an adjustment device for setting the milling gap of the colloid mill is provided.
