Opis

The FlexWall®Plus FW40/5 is a dosing device designed for medium to poorly flowing bulk materials. It consists of the following components: a trapezoidal stainless steel housing, a flexible polyurethane trough with a large cross-section, massage paddles, a dosing screw, a screw tube, a three-phase drive, and a trapezoidal extension hopper with a capacity of either 50 dm³ or 70 dm³, all within a low overall height. The shape of the trough and the externally mounted massage paddles, which feature adjustable amplitude, ensure consistent screw filling and gentle, bulk material-friendly mass flow. Screw replacement on the FW40/5 is performed exclusively from the front side. The FlexWall®Plus allows for easy disassembly for wet or dry cleaning, with the polyurethane trough simply removed from the housing edge. In addition, the compact trapezoidal design enables space-saving arrangement of up to six dispensers around a central feed point.
