Opis
Line for the production of circular and square/rectangular tubes and closed profiles from black and stainless steel, with diameters ranging from 20.0 mm to 70.0 mm and wall thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 3.5 mm. Other diameter ranges can be achieved by manufacturing an appropriate set of forming rolls.
The tube or closed profile is formed by rolling a steel strip of suitable width and thickness using a series of rollers, followed by TIG welding. During production, it undergoes multiple processing operations, including:
a) weld (seam) grinding
b) calibration
c) straightening
d) cutting
The finished product—"raw tube"—is subject to further processing to obtain the required surface finish. There are two methods for surface treatment:
a) wet grinding using abrasive belts
b) and/or dry polishing using polishing wheels and compounds.
CONSTRUCTION
The tube mill is equipped with automated TIG welding from SAF:
a) 2 pcs Tricathode NERTAMATIC 300 TR TIG inverters
b) 1 pc Tricathode NETRINOX TH 500 TIG inverter
c) Welding of products with wall thickness 0.5 - 1.5 mm – torch E16
d) Welding of products with wall thickness 1.5 - 3.5 mm – torch E25
e) RETRISAF cooling system
