BLM LC5

The BLM LC5 FIBER COMBO laser for sheet, tube, and profile cutting using 2D Fiber technology was manufactured in Italy in 2016 (laser installation: 2017). This laser features a transverse pallet changer and is equipped with a module for tube and profile cutting. It also includes a profile feeder and a receiving table. The machine operates in a fully automatic cycle, so the operator’s tasks are limited to loading profile bundles onto the feeder and unloading finished parts from the conveyor of the unloading table. The construction of the machine optimizes part layout on a single profile, based on a preliminary measurement. The LC5 enables both tube and sheet cutting on a single machine, representing a unique market solution that ensures dual capability within one unit. The laser processes materials such as steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, and aluminum, delivering high-quality and efficient cutting for both small and large format materials.
