For sale: Bioláng-brand automatic biomass boiler with a capacity of 1.5 MW.

The heat transfer medium is originally designed for flue gas, but can be easily modified by the buyer to suit their requirements (water, pressurized water, steam, or thermal oil).

- Combustion chamber size: 1.55 x 3.1 m

The boiler is fed from a storage hopper by an auger. The fuel is transported into the combustion chamber onto a moving, inclined grate. Ash removal is fully automatic, both above and below the grate, with the help of three augers. The combustion chamber is lined with fireclay bricks and is in like-new condition.

Included with the boiler are the primary, secondary, tertiary, and chimney fans. The chimney fan is preceded by a multicyclone ash separator. The boiler is currently not equipped with temperature or draft sensors, but all required mounting points are provided (1 location for the combustion chamber temperature, 1 for the afterburner temperature and draft measuring).

The equipment has seen very little use, has low operating hours, and is in excellent condition.

Testing is not possible. The unit is for sale due to the closure of the manufacturing plant.
