Bielomatik Laser Welding System

Machine Description:
The laser unit with integrated cooling for the laser is located in the lower left part of the machine frame.
The tools are mounted on a 2-station rotary table that rotates 180 degrees with each cycle.
In the middle part of the machine frame, you will find the working area with the welding station, the tool (on the rotary table) and the hold-down device for the product.
The control cabinet is installed at the rear.
The welding station is equipped with a laser-proof enclosure to secure the loading/unloading area.
The welding laser (laser power supply) is deactivated whenever a maintenance door is opened.
Loading and unloading of welded parts is done manually. The welding process itself is fully automatic.

This cell was used for laser welding various plastic parts (front frames).
For components with sizes of approx. 460 x 280 mm.
