Description:
The 1/BM grinding machine is capable of sharpening standard twist drills, diamond and Avyac drills with any drill angle, taps, end mills, step drills, reamers, and countersinks, as well as the production of step drills. It enables regrinding of most common workshop tools. Additionally, due to its simple operation, there is no need for specially trained personnel.

The 1/BM consists of a cross-shaped head, which holds the grinding group and a swiveling head with tool spindle, as well as a flag-type device for point thinning of drills. The swiveling head is equipped with a six-jaw chuck, which, together with the positioning plate, ensures easy and precise clamping of the tool to be ground at all times. It can be rotated to accommodate drills with any desired point angle; furthermore, its cam mechanism allows processing of tools with up to twelve cutting edges (six with the supplied cams). Includes coolant system.
