Construction of the «WTG-1» wood tool grinding machine:

The WTG is powered by a high-performance 500 watt motor.
A dust-protected, ultra-precise, ball-bearing profile rail guide—commonly used in thousands of machine tools, industrial robots, and precision special machinery—serves as the carriage.
Continuous grinding infeed is achieved via a precise, self-locking dovetail guide.
Tool clamping is secure and stable via a parallel clamping system.
