Completely digital operation enables high-level control of cutting speed and precision.
The system consists of: Air cushion, fixed plane made of steel tubes, covered with anti-friction felt.
Glass sheets are loaded using: electrically controlled pneumatic tilting arms.
Elimination of hydraulic components (oil pump, pipes, seals, solenoid valves) by electrical drive ensures smooth up and down movement without the need for maintenance.
Brushless motor-driven and controlled rotary axis head (C-axis) for both straight and shaped cuts.
Control panel features: Modern, ergonomic design; combines the power of professional numerical control with the convenience of an industrial PC running in a Windows® (Microsoft) environment.
