Backers 2HTA Star Screen / Lindner ZetaStar 75 – Crawler Mobile & Hook Lift

For sale is a versatile Backers 2HTA from the year 2019 with only 1,685 operating hours. The machine was manufactured by Backers and also distributed under the name Lindner ZetaStar 75.

This plant is ideally suited as a post-screening unit behind shredders and pre-crushers. Especially with bulky waste, commercial and household waste, green waste, or waste wood, the machine demonstrates its strengths by efficiently screening the material and directly returning the oversize via the hydraulically swiveling rear conveyor back into the pre-crusher. This eliminates the need for an additional excavator or wheel loader for recirculation.

Thanks to the flexible star and screen deck configuration, the machine can also be used for topsoil, wet clay, sand, compost, or construction debris. The screening size can be individually adjusted; currently, the machine is set for less than 60 mm. Customization of stars and screen decks is possible for an additional fee.

The compact design allows for easy transport via hook lift. On site, the machine can be quickly repositioned and set up thanks to the crawler chassis.
