The machine is equipped with a Heidenhain iTNC 530 HSCI CNC control system and features a movable control panel with a handwheel, enabling comfortable and precise operation.

The main spindle achieves speeds of up to 10,000 rpm and delivers 25 kW of continuous power (100% duty cycle) and 40 kW at a 40% duty cycle. The SK40 tool holder ensures high flexibility in tool selection. For demanding machining operations, the machine is fitted with an internal spindle coolant system (IKZ) with 20 bar pressure.

Tool changes are performed via a chain magazine with 22 tool stations, allowing for quick and reliable tool changes.

A swiveling milling head with two axes significantly expands the machining possibilities. The A-axis offers a swivel range of 180°, and the B-axis 360°, making it possible to perform complex machining from various angles.

Additional features include Heidenhain linear measuring systems on the X, Y, and Z axes, ensuring high positioning accuracy. Hardened precision guides with Turcite counter guides provide smooth operation, high rigidity, and lasting machining precision.

The machine is also equipped with an internal coolant system (IKZ), enabling efficient cooling directly at the cutting edge, which is particularly advantageous for demanding machining operations.
