VERTICAL HYDRAULIC BALER MG 50 TVE
Vertical hydraulic baler model MG 50 T.V.E. 1200x1100x3500h for the compaction and formation of bales of soft waste materials, such as glass wool mats or similar.
The MG 50 T.E. model features a fully enclosed compaction chamber; both the material loading door and bale extraction door can be opened. The electrical control panel is mounted on the side with integrated controls and comes with a 10 m extension cable, allowing it to be positioned away from the baler. The press plate is operated by a single cylinder with a 2700 mm stroke and is guided by 4 lateral sliding rails. Material is loaded from the front.
The compaction cycle (downward and upward movement of the press) is automatic, operated by push button.
- For transport, the machine is constructed in three sections: one of 2000 mm height, one around 2300 mm, and the cylinder, which will be assembled onsite.
- Bale tying is preset-type, performed with the doors open, and is done manually; tying can be done with standard pre-cut wire or strapping through slots at the rear of the chamber.
- Bale extraction is carried out using a forklift; dedicated channels at the base allow the forklift tines to be inserted.
- The bale extraction door is closed via a handwheel, ensuring safe opening even with highly elastic materials; a microswitch ensures the door is securely closed before pressing. The upper door is equipped with a hydraulic lever closure with controls on the machine.
- Can be installed against a wall; requires front access only for material loading and bale extraction.
- The hydraulic circuit features a safety lock valve to prevent press plate descent.
- The machine must be fixed to the ground and is positioned over a wash liquid collection tray.
