Versatile adjustment and steplessly selectable grinding angle
This allows sharpening of all standard blade types. The blade is securely clamped and does not need to be readjusted. The grinding angles for two blades can be preset and switched using a quick-change lever. Angles can be precisely read off via scales. Grinding depth is also steplessly adjustable.

Includes premium BOSCH angle grinder and special grinding disc
The variable-speed angle grinder ensures optimal grinding results, allowing blades to be sharpened right to the inner edge. Thanks to the special ceramic grinding disc, blade overheating and associated loss of hardness are avoided.

Angle setting and repositioning manual – grinding process automatic
The angles are set manually at first. Afterwards, the machine uses an optical sensor to find the first blade. The sharpening process then runs automatically. Once the entire blade length is ground, the machine switches off automatically and the carriage is manually repositioned. The opposite side of the blades is then sharpened automatically.

Play-free movement thanks to ball-bearing special rollers
The special, robust design results in virtually no wear. The rollers and guides are galvanically zinc-plated and perfectly matched, enabling smooth, play-free movement.
