ATOM FlashCut 26B All-in-One

We are selling our Atom FlashCut 26B All-in-One, a fully-automatic cutting table system, including a high-quality Puska compressor (in operation for 4 years).

With a usable working area of 2,900 x 2,600 mm, a cutting window of 2,540 x 850 mm, and a separate unloading area of 1,200 x 2,600 mm, the FlashCut 26B offers ideal conditions for efficient workflows. A maximum cutting height of 20 mm allows processing of a wide variety of materials – even in multiple layers.

Two independently operating tool heads deliver high speed and maximum productivity. Servo drives on the X, Y, and Z axes ensure precise movement at a traverse speed of up to 80 m/min and acceleration up to 1G.

Intelligent Material Handling & Vacuum Technology

A continuous conveyor belt feeds material into the processing zone. The vacuum table is divided into 300 x 300 mm segments, allowing targeted activation of individual areas. This ensures exact material fixation while minimizing energy consumption.
Two high-performance, frequency-controlled vacuum pumps (3–15 kW) automatically adjust output to actual demand. The result: secure material hold with energy-efficient operation.

Precision Through Camera and Projection Technology

For maximum material utilization, the system features two cameras with integrated light source and dimmer for detecting irregular material contours – for example when processing leather hides. Defective spots can be digitally marked and considered in subsequent processing steps.

Two high-performance projectors assist automatic nesting by projecting cut contours directly onto the material. Additionally, article numbers, sizes, or other labels can be projected onto cut parts – ideal for process safety and traceability.

Powerful CNC Control & Software

The system is equipped with a modern CNC control unit, including TFT color display, keyboard, and USB interface. An integrated computer with Windows Embedded, Ethernet connection, and TeamViewer support allows for easy operation and remote maintenance.

The software package includes:

- DXF converter for reading and converting CAD files
- Interactive layout software
- Automatic nesting software
- CAD module for creating basic geometries

Optionally, the Luxury Nest Strategy enhances the system with a specially developed nesting algorithm to optimize leather cutting. Quality zones, defect areas, and defined rotation and grouping rules are considered to maximize material yield.

Versatile Tooling

The FlashCut 26B comes equipped with a multi-tool head. The standard package includes:

- Drag knife
- Punches (various diameters)
- Marking tool
- Scribing needle
- Laser pointer
- Blade holder and ejector

This provides flexible solutions for cutting, marking, and perforating tasks.

Safety & Reliability

Safety monitoring via light barriers and emergency stop switches ensures maximum operational safety. The machine is CE-compliant and designed for continuous industrial operation.
