Drum mixer FM-200 with advanced frequency inverter control and timer function, ideal for industrial applications. The machine offers stepless speed adjustment in the range of approx. 6 to 26 rpm, allowing optimal adaptation to various mixing processes. The integrated timer enables precise setting of the operating time; after expiration of the set time (up to a maximum of 99 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds), the machine automatically stops.

Control is implemented with reliable Siemens technology housed in a robust Rittal control cabinet. For increased safety, a braking motor securely locks the drum holder during loading. This can be released as needed via a button in the handling area to permit manual rotation.

Further features include an emergency stop switch and electronic monitoring of the protective enclosure with automatic machine stop. The machine is delivered ready to connect with a 5-metre supply cable including a CEE 16A plug.

A particularly practical feature is the integrated steel drip tray with a capacity of approximately 220 litres. It is designed so that, when shifted together with the protective housing under the machine, it clears the handling area. Additionally, the machine is forklift-compatible, making transportation and loading easy.

One major advantage is flexibility: different collets can be ordered from the manufacturer, so other container sizes besides the current fitting for a 200-litre drum can also be processed without issue.
