Sample filling system of a disinfectant bottle filling line for small bottles with a filling volume of up to 100ml. The fully automated filling process includes: orientation and feeding of bottles; filling with 2 to 8 filling heads and high accuracy through anti-drip device; automatic orientation, feeding, and capping of lids/spray caps; single- or double-sided labeling of bottles; discharging and collecting bottles onto a collection table or to the next production station. Individual machines within the packaging line are interconnected via conveyor belts, providing high installation flexibility.

Specifications: Number of filling heads: 4 (customization available at an extra charge); number of heads for positioning and capping: 1 each (customization available at an extra charge); filling range: 30-100ml; dosing method: piston pump; accuracy: +/- 1%; output: max. 2,000 bottles/hour, at 100ml max. 500 bottles/hour; label size: L10-350mm, W10-200mm; product-contact parts made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel AISI 316, plastic/rubber parts are food-safe.
