Alpha Laser ALM200

The ALPHA LASER ALM 200 laser welder was manufactured in 2014 in Germany by Alpha Laser GmbH but has only been in use since 2017. This mobile laser welding machine is equipped with a 200 W laser source (9 kW beam power), enabling the repair and modification of various components of dies, molds, injection molds, tools, and machine parts at any chosen location. Welding is performed in semi-automatic mode. The mobile laser welding system features a narrow laser head, allowing access to the interior of the workpiece. Operation is computer-controlled, with joystick and footswitch controls. The machine is in very good technical and visual condition and has been regularly serviced.
The machine is offered together with the table.
