The screw compressors of the GEAR series are especially suitable for applications with very high compressed air demand.

The maintenance- and service-friendly drive concept of the GEAR compressors features a robust drive motor with high power reserves. The highly efficient gear drive operates with minimal slip, offering high operational reliability and, with an efficiency of over 98%, operates virtually loss-free—ensuring gentle power transmission. Additionally, a highly efficient separation of the cooling medium guarantees a minimal residual oil content of only 2–3 mg/m³.

Thanks to the encapsulated design of the gear unit, these compressors are ideally suited for use under the toughest operating conditions.
