ALMiG Gear 132 Screw Compressor

The screw compressors of the GEAR series are especially suitable for applications with a very high compressed air demand.
The maintenance- and service-friendly drive concept of the GEAR compressors features a robust drive motor with ample power reserves.
The highly efficient gearbox operates with minimal slip and a high level of operational reliability, delivering an almost loss-free efficiency of over 98%, which also protects the drivetrain. In addition, the highly effective separation of the cooling medium ensures a residual oil content as low as 2–3 mg/m³.
Thanks to the encapsulated design of the gearbox assembly, these units are ideal for use under the toughest operating conditions.
