Remarks
The fully hermetic separation system MRPX 810 is designed for the removal of suspended solids with particle sizes of approximately 0.5 to 500 µm from a liquid whose density is lower than that of the solids. The solids content is typically in the range of 0.1–20 vol-%. Main applications include bacteria, rDNA products, enzymes, cell cultures, and vaccines. It is also suitable for industrial fermentation processes where microbial cells are used to produce acids, chemicals, fuels, etc. Applications requiring minimal oxygen pick-up can also benefit from the hermetic features of the MRPX 810 separator.
