The system is currently used for the production of embossed wallpapers on the following substrates:
● Paper wallpapers: 100 g/m² with acrylic foam coating, 150 g/m² with textured adhesive
● Nonwoven wallpapers: 150 g/m² with textured adhesive
Production speed for acrylic wallpapers is 90–100 m/min. The original purpose of the Albert Frankenthal rotogravure press was roll-to-roll printing for flexible packaging on paper, film, food wrap, and other web materials
