Efficient Extraction of Coolant and Lubricant Mists Directly at the Machine Tool
The two standard units, AL-KO OIL JET 600 and OIL JET 1200, offer the perfect solution for directly extracting oil and emulsion mist from all common turning, grinding, and milling machines.
Fields of Application:
AL-KO OIL JET units are used wherever oil and emulsion mists arise during production processes on modern machining equipment and need to be extracted directly from the processing chamber. Depending on the size of the machining area, operating time, and the type of coolant used, either the OIL JET 600 or the higher-capacity OIL JET 1200 model is selected. AL-KO OIL JET units are suitable for all standard cooling and lubricating fluids and can be mounted directly onto the machine tool or placed next to it on an optional floor stand.
Operating Principle:
The highly effective filter system in AL-KO OIL JET units is equipped as standard with a three-stage filtration process that removes emulsion content and material particles from the extracted air.
1st filtration stage: washable metal mesh filter
2nd filtration stage: filter mat (LoTex®) with frame
3rd filtration stage: main filter cassette (ePM1 80%)
The first stage captures coarse particles. The second stage consists of a drained, nano-coated mat that separates and channels off emulsified liquids. The third stage filters out the finest residual particles. The emulsions, predominantly separated in the second filter stage, are collected in the base of the unit and can be discharged.
