- Cleaning: Thorough cleaning of the robot panel and surfaces.
- Oil change: Replacement of oils for all six axes.
- Battery replacement: All internal batteries were replaced with new ones.
- Mechanical maintenance: Gears and counterweight were inspected and serviced according to repeatability and weight tests.
- Electronic maintenance: Drives, electronic boards, teach pendant, and PC components were serviced.
- Polishing and repainting: The robot was polished and repainted in the original color or a custom color as desired.
