Operating principle: Before first use, fill the tank with washing liquid. The recommended cleaning solution is a mixture of MRS Cleaner Strong concentrate and water in the appropriate ratio. The Hydro Wash washer enables both manual and automatic washing. a) For automatic washing, prepare the unit (fill with water and concentrate), close the glovebox cover, close the lid by pressing and holding the two buttons (front and rear of the unit simultaneously), then press the start button. *Basket rotation is possible with the lid open. This is done by pressing the right button on the foot pedal or simultaneously pressing both buttons (front and rear of the unit), providing the glovebox cover is closed. b) For manual washing, close the lid by pressing and holding both buttons (front and rear simultaneously). DPF DUO Premium cleans filters with water, chemicals, and air. The electronically controlled sequence of water and chemical delivery, combined with air and compressed air pulses, ensures high regeneration efficiency. Upon completion of cleaning, the filter is dried with 90°C air, guaranteeing complete evaporation of the cleaning solution. After drying, the machine performs a final backpressure measurement, which can also be conducted before cleaning—allowing for comparison of results before and after regeneration.
