Niehenke Maschinen-Vermietungs GmbH & Co. KG

Leto izdelave: 2025, stanje: novo, New machine Year of manufacture: 2025 Features and technical data: Complete in standard specification with: Sturdy, torsion-resistant steel frame in welded and bolted construction Upper lamella pressure beam with 6 elements, side lamella pressure beam with 5 elements Lamella pressure beams with proven tolerance compensation (Ganner system) for tightly pressed carcass joints Counter-pressure surfaces (side pressure wall, base) are continuous 38 mm thick, coated support panels Continuous pressing surface with a height of 95 mm on the lower vertical pressure beam Electromechanical adjustment of both pressure beams via precision trapezoidal thread spindles (with increased lead and concentricity accuracy) and high-performance travelling nuts with grease reservoir Pressing is performed electromechanically via two separate worm gear motors (2 x 0.75 kW) The pressing force of the pressure beams is infinitely variable, set electronically via two potentiometers and controlled by frequency converters; therefore, the pressing force regulation is absolutely wear-free Pressing force for the horizontal pressure beam: min. 500 daN (kg), steplessly adjustable up to max. 2200 daN (kg) Pressing force for the vertical pressure beam: min. 300 daN (kg), steplessly adjustable up to max. 2200 daN (kg) Pressing and adjustment speed of the pressure beams with fine positioning via 3-position selector switch: 5 / 10 / 25 mm/sec Jog mode for precise positioning of both pressure beams, e.g. for low pressing force, drawers, and 45° carcasses Simple operation via 6 separate push buttons; 8 movement sequences selectable via control panel Freely adjustable pressing time preselection 0–30 min (switchable to seconds or hours) with individually programmable opening dimensions of both pressure beams Re-press function to increase or decrease the pressing force during the pressing cycle Working height/loading height: 300 mm Working dimensions: Length min. 150 mm, max. 2500 mm; Height min. 150 mm, max. 1400 mm; Depth: 700 mm Incl. surcharge for rapid traverse speed for fast positioning of the pressure beams, controlled via automatic workpiece detection with sensors in the pressure beams, pressing speed 5 / 10 / 25 mm/sec and rapid traverse speed 50 mm/sec; sensors can be switched off for pressing of special components Incl. set of machine feet for working height 500 mm Location: Flörsheim Chodpew Nafkefx Ag Eed Availability: Immediate
