BOSCHERT Polska Sp. z o.o.

Leto izdelave: 2025, stanje: novo, New machine Year of manufacture: 2025 Features and technical data: Complete in standard specification with: Sturdy, torsion-resistant steel frame in welded and bolted construction Upper lamella pressure beam with 6 elements, side lamella pressure beam with 5 elements Lamella pressure beams with proven tolerance compensation (Ganner system) for tightly pressed carcass joints Counter-pressure surfaces (side pressure wall, base) are continuous 38 mm thick, coated support panels Continuous pressing surface with a height of 95 mm on the lower vertical pressure beam Electromechanical adjustment of both pressure beams via precision trapezoidal thread spindles (with increased lead and concentricity accuracy) and high-performance travelling nuts with grease reservoir Pressing is performed electromechanically via two separate worm gear motors (2 x 0.75 kW) The pressing force of the pressure beams is infinitely variable, set electronically via two potentiometers and controlled by frequency converters; therefore, the pressing force regulation is absolutely wear-free Pressing force for the horizontal pressure beam: min. 500 daN (kg), steplessly adjustable up to max. 2200 daN (kg) Pressing force for the vertical pressure beam: min. 300 daN (kg), steplessly adjustable up to max. 2200 daN (kg) Pressing and adjustment speed of the pressure beams with fine positioning via 3-position selector switch: 5 / 10 / 25 mm/sec Jog mode for precise positioning of both pressure beams, e.g. for low pressing force, drawers, and 45° carcasses Simple operation via 6 separate push buttons; 8 movement sequences selectable via control panel Freely adjustable pressing time preselection 0–30 min (switchable to seconds or hours) with individually programmable opening dimensions of both pressure beams Re-press function to increase or decrease the pressing force during the pressing cycle Working height/loading height: 300 mm Working dimensions: Length min. 150 mm, max. 2500 mm; Height min. 150 mm, max. 1400 mm; Depth: 700 mm Bedsw Nafkjpfx Acbedi Incl. surcharge for rapid traverse speed for fast positioning of the pressure beams, controlled via automatic workpiece detection with sensors in the pressure beams, pressing speed 5 / 10 / 25 mm/sec and rapid traverse speed 50 mm/sec; sensors can be switched off for pressing of special components Incl. set of machine feet for working height 500 mm Location: Flörsheim Availability: Immediate
