Der aus geformtem Sphäroguss gefertigte Sägebügel sorgt für Steifigkeit während des Betriebs und absorbiert sämtliche Vibrationen. Das Bedienfeld ist am Sägebügel angebracht. Die Maschine besticht durch hohe Effizienz und eine unkomplizierte Bedienung. Sie ermöglicht Schnitte in der Vertikalebene sowie in der zur Achse des Schnittmaterials senkrechten Ebene oder unter jedem beliebigen Winkel im Bereich von 45° bis 90°. Das Werkstück kann manuell oder durch eine beliebige Zuführeinrichtung zugeführt werden. Der Vorschub erfolgt während des Schneidens gravitationsgesteuert nach dem Prinzip des Ölflusses in einem zweikammerigen Hydraulikzylinder. Die passende Senkgeschwindigkeit des Sägebügels wird durch ein Ventil reguliert, das den Ölfluss zwischen den Zylinderkammern steuert. Die robuste, stabile und präzise Bauweise sowie der durchgehende Guss-Sägebügel gewährleisten hohe Steifigkeit und Stabilität beim Schneiden und somit Genauigkeit und langfristige Zuverlässigkeit. Das für die Maschine verwendete 20 mm breite Sägeband ermöglicht das Schneiden großer Stückzahlen.
