Hydraulic Impact Shear

The hydraulic impact shear cuts material during operation using two bushings.

The electric servo drive enables precise speed control of the shear carriage. High cutting speed and fine adjustment of the shear bushings guarantee optimal cut surfaces. Cutting is also possible in stationary mode. A scrap piece control system can also be utilized. If impact shearing cannot be used (tubes, hollow profiles, etc.), a sawing device or a chipless cutting unit is mounted on the base frame instead of the shear head.
