The 600HD alligator shear is a fast and powerful metal shear featuring an extended hold-down, making it ideal for all cutting and cleaning applications, whether cables, plastic profiles, or window frames. Its cutting capacity reaches up to 63 mm, 2″ inch construction steel round bar.

The 600HD alligator shear is probably best known for processing automotive radiators. It was developed and built at the request of customers who required a shear with a longer blade for cutting larger parts, such as car radiators, in one pass. The automatic hold-down clamp secures the material in place during the cutting process and prevents kickback, which speeds up processing and enhances operator safety.

Jaw opening and closing are controlled via a movable foot pedal. Once the foot pedal is released, the cutting blades return to the open position. However, continuous cutting operation can be achieved by keeping foot pressure on the pedal.

The 600HD can be supplied with either an electric motor or a 2-cylinder diesel engine.
