Used Omag 1200x1100 concrete block and paving stone production machine, year 2007. Equipment includes: cement silo with screw conveyor, ACT/Wiggert 1875 L mixer, Eagle granulate coloring machine, Marcotte dosing system, Besser/Omag concrete transport system, Conv System concrete transport system, concrete feed hopper, Systeg block making machine (without surface mixing). Production cycle: 2.8 to 3 cycles per minute. We produced products with heights ranging from 36 to 90 mm. Additional equipment: Omag wet conveyor (front), Omag material (slab) tipper, Omag elevator, Omag finger car, Omag lower conveyor, Omag gap closer, Omag dry conveyor for cubes, Omag cuber pallet dispenser, Omag pallet and block conveyor, Omag Cuber, Omag slab brush and flipper, Omag rear plate return conveyor, Omag plate return conveyor, Omag power supply panels, Omag wet side hydraulic unit, Omag dry side hydraulic unit, Siemens PLC controls, steam generator. 1220 used plastic production boards, dimensions 1200x1100 mm (production area 1040x1040 mm).
