The main filling and seaming area includes a KHS Innofill EMD 108S filler and a Ferrum F812 can seamer. This fully automatic KEG cleaning and filling system from ATS Wibbing GmbH, manufactured in 2025, consists of an external KEG washing machine (AW 75), a KEG cleaning and filling machine (HRF 101), and a complete feed and transport system. The plant is designed to handle various KEG formats. With a throughput of approximately 30–35 KEGs per hour, the system is suitable for small to medium-sized breweries or beverage producers. The system is equipped with a Siemens S7-1500 control unit and a touchscreen HMI, allowing for fully automated operation with a guided user interface. The delivery includes a complete transport system, storage tanks with dosing and conductivity measurement, as well as all necessary piping between the machine and media tanks.
