With an operating radius of 1000 mm, the CR16AS meets the demanding requirements of heavy-duty picking, packaging, palletizing, and welding in industries such as automotive, home appliances, logistics, and metalworking.

User-Friendly Design for Rapid Deployment
The CR16AS features the industry’s first dual-channel end-effector design, allowing for direct connection to multiple end-of-arm tools. It is also equipped with a visual status indicator at the base for intuitive monitoring of operational status.

The CR16AS offers a 1000 mm working radius and a maximum payload of 16 kg. Thanks to an advanced motion control algorithm, the CR16AS operates with greater stability, achieving 50% less residual vibration during emergency stops for smoother, safer operation.

24 Interface Ports for Greater Flexibility
The CR16AS supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols and integrates seamlessly with PLC systems. It is equipped with 24 digital I/O ports with industry-leading support for both PNP and NPN circuits for straightforward application expansion.

High Protection Level for Safe Collaboration
The robot arm and control unit are rated at the high protection level of IP54. In the event of overload, the robot triggers an automatic alarm. The CR16AS is also fitted with an innovative electromagnetic brake protection system, reducing the drop distance of the end-effector in case of a power failure.
