MPC - Machine Protection Control: preventive protection by vibration sensors on the milling spindle: machine protection by quick shutdown Variable tool and process specific shutdown limits Process monitoring by means of bar display on the machine control.

Acceleration sensor mounted in the spindle detects vibration and indicates optimum machining conditions based on the frequency of vibration. (Modification of the clamping hydraulics for the installation of a hydraulic device).
