The base as well as the moving platen shells are each a single-piece welded steel construction. Bearings made of bronze in special steel, shafts, pull arms and helical gears made of high-grade steel.

The highly sensitive eccentric bushings allow for fine pressure adjustment. The eccentric bushings themselves are locked by safety gears, preventing accidental changes in settings.

The spacious opening dimension and three end positions of the platen make loading and unloading easy, resulting in high average hourly production.

The guide support requires little maintenance. During continuous, single or dwell operation, it can be deactivated.
Registration accuracy is particularly high due to balance adjustment. Individual knives hold unchanged material without heavy sheet positioning. Material waste is reduced, as is the need for turning.

All impression rails are mounted on a mechanically steplessly adjustable auxiliary bridge.

A free-standing working area is important for flawless feeding, precise die plate insertion, optimal waste removal, and clear visibility of the belt sliders and feed rollers.

The die-cutting pressure is distributed over several large blocks by the diameter of the die-cut gears, which seat firmly in the base. This creates a unified process with the machine base.

Power transmission and braking are via an electro-pneumatic clutch, a compressor with an overpressure air tank is included. A central lubrication system is installed.

Pneumatic locking devices are fully considered. When operating with a timer, a yellow warning lamp above the machine lights up. An additional hand guard rail along the edge of the closed platen triggers an immediate stop when activated.

The control cabinet is mounted beside the machine to prevent vibration of the electrical components.
